Refunds at Tozzies Online Store

The Tozzies refund policy lasts 14 days from the date the parcel is received. If 14 days have passed since your product(s) have been received, we no longer offer you a refund or replacement.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. The following food products cannot be returned:

  • Lollies

  • Chocolates

  • Nuts

If you have any further questions about the product before purchasing, please email sales@tozzies.co.nz and clearly note the product name(s) that you are inquiring about. 

Refund or Replacement

If items are damaged during transit by the delivery company, your parcel is not received due to an error on our end, or you have received the wrong items, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order. A refund or replacement may be issued accordingly.

 

If you sight any obvious damage at the receipt of your parcel, please ensure the damage is recorded on the delivery driver’s consignment note, this will help your claim. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, which will be applied back to your original method of payment. Once processed on our end, the payment provider will issue this within a certain amount of days.

Product Colour

Some of the products may have slight variation in colour from the colour in the photos displayed on our website. This may be due to lighting at the time of taking their photos, the slight variance from one batch to another, screen resolution. This is considered as normal and won’t be able to qualify for return or refund. 

Cancellation Policy

We prepare orders within 2 days from the date of order placement. If you need to cancel your order, we can provide a full refund if your parcel has not yet been packaged. If the parcel has already been packaged and is ready to go, we can only provide a 50% refund. Please email sales@tozzies.co.nz, if you need to cancel your order. In the subject line, please include "Cancel order" and your order number.
