How much is 100g?

How much does each lolly weigh?
Lollies / sweets / chocolates / nuts all weigh differently and are different sizes. Standard gummies are apx 5 grams each but we have a wide range of products that are lighter and heavier than 5 grams.

Do you ship to Great Barrier Island?
Yes we do! However, the delivery fee will be slightly higher than standard North Island shipping. Please select the "South Island" shipping option at check out.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days, and If there is any delay, we will notify you. Parcels will be picked up by courier from Monday to Friday, there will be no weekend or public holiday delivery. However, if you need the order urgently or by a specific date, please contact us by email and we will do our best to help and meet your deadline. Please see our "Shipping" page for more information.
Can I track & trace my order?
Yes. We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days, and the dispatch confirmation email will provide you with a track & trace number.
What if my order takes longer than four working days to arrive?
If you have not received your parcel within four working days, please send an email to sales@tozzies.co.nz. We will contact the courier company/delivery agent and track & trace your parcel. If a claim is granted, the claiming process will be on case by case basis. Please note that all claims outside of 14 working days from initial dispatch will not be considered. Please see our "Shipping" page for more information.
Can I send a parcel of treats as a gift to somebody?
Yes, definitely! Make sure to carefully include THEIR name and shipping address and YOUR name and billing address at the checkout. Also, if you want a custom hand written note for the recipient, please make sure to add a note at check out for us to write this on your behalf, free of charge.
Do you include custom written cards with your parcels?
Yes. At the checkout, you can type in a custom message and we will hand write and include it with your order free of charge.
I am shopping for my business / corporate reasons, can you help with a special corporate order?
Yes of course. Please get in touch with us at sales@tozzies.co.nz and let us know what you are thinking. We are happy to discuss how we can offer corporate discounts, promotional lolly bags, custom packaging, bulk orders and so on. We aim to get back to you within 1-2 working days.
